A fully refurbished 'home from home' nursery with air conditioning throughout the building which boasts an all-weather outside play area, featuring a bike track, water pumps, and a bespoke on-site forest school.We are recruiting motivated Nursery Practitioners who are looking for the next challenge. You will be joining a hardworking and motivated team who care passionately about the children in our care. We are open to new ideas and are keen for candidates to further help us improve the learning experience of our children. As a Nursery Practitioner, we are looking for someone to help create amazing experiences for the children within our care.Responsibilities:Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children.Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children.Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met.Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development.Be passionate, inspiring, and work effectively within a team while having a hands-on approach to your own professional learning and development.To be fun, caring, and friendly.Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.What we need from you:Passion and commitment for working in childcare.Ability to work shifts between 7.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week.Commitment to continual development.Have sound knowledge of EYFS.We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
