Requirements Lead and inspire a team of dedicated childcare professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children.Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of quality and safety. Drive business growth and development through effective marketing, recruitment, and retention strategies. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff. Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passionate about early years education and committed to providing the best possible care for children. Benefits Competitive base salary of £32,000 - £33,000 per annum, with additional travel expenses for long commutes. Welcome payment of £1,000 upon joining.
