Currently, we are recruiting for a Director for a busy Nursery centre in Sydney's Inner West.
The Role:
Full Time, Permanent role commencing ASAP 38 hours a week - you decide your shifts! Communicate with families and build fantastic relationships, developing trust through face-to-face and technological communications. Manage enrolments within the centre Deliver learning programs with the team Network with the wider community Focus on staff development and training Conduct inductions of staff Maintain quality within the centre The Ideal Candidate:
1+ year experience in a similar role or in an Assistant role looking for their next career move Bachelor of Early Childhood Education OR Diploma OR Cert 3 considered Availability to start either in December 2024 or January 2025 Previous experience within a similar role and size centre is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
