+ superannuation and salary packagingPermanent full-time About the RoleAs the Nurse Unit Manager for Orthopaedics/Plastics, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care and support to patients undergoing surgery, while fostering a comprehensive hospital-wide nursing service.
Your responsibilities will include providing psychosocial support, education, advocacy, and expert clinical care, along with offering essential community liaison services.
You will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional outcomes and holistic care for those undergoing orthopaedic and plastic surgeries.In this leadership position, you will drive professional development within the team, initiating quality improvement initiatives and promoting action research to enhance clinical practices.
As part of the clinical leadership team, you will mentor and guide nursing staff, lead projects, and support education to improve patient and service outcomes.
