Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Noarlunga Health Precinct - Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care Salary $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. (pro rata) RN3 | Full-Time Ongoing Lead a diverse and dedicated team within the Noarlunga Infusion Centre and improve patient-outcomes in your local community. As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical and operational leadership within the Infusion Centre and associated ambulatory services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a specialised medical infusion and transfusion facility.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical knowledge to support decision-making, innovative thinking, and objective analysis.
Manage resources effectively, including recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, attendance management, financial planning, and supplies monitoring.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement, monitor, and maintain hazard control measures. Investigate complaints, incidents, and accidents within the corporate risk management framework.
Maintain a contemporary professional practice portfolio, ensuring ongoing education and integration of work and learning. Develop and maintain a learning environment, taking a coaching approach to team and individual development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
