Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our Nicholson Rehabilitation team as Nurse Unit Manager on an ongoing, full time basis.
Reporting to the General Manager Medical Inpatient Services, the successful applicant will play an important role in managing, co-ordinating, leading and developing the Unit.
Ensuring patient-centred care, and the achievement of a high standard of quality patient outcomes.
The Nicholson Rehabilitation Unit is a 30 Bed Unit with 26 Rehabilitation beds and 4 Palliative Care beds.
As a level 4 Rehabilitation Unit, a range of Rehabilitation specialities are managed with a strong multidisciplinary focus.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team.
Sound clinical knowledge, skills and a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary service delivery framework.
