The Nursing Unit Manager/Midwife Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing/staff to ensure the provision of high-quality patient and family centred care and nursing and/or midwifery excellence at unit/ward level.
Ideal CandidateHas current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).Has extensive post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area with clinical management experience in a tertiary/district health care facility.Has the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.Has demonstrated experience in quality management programs.Benefits and Perks!
