Currently we are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) Medical to lead and manage the Medical Unit nursing team and to deliver evidence-based care to achieve optimal patient outcomes within allocated resources.
The NUM has direct responsibility for improving and maintaining standards, developing solutions, and delivering outcomes consistent with service and organisational goals.
As a key leader in the multidisciplinary team, the NUM will ensure that the Unit meets the requirements for the delivery of a patient centred service against the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of quality, budget and human resources.
The position provides a consultation and liaison service within their area of expertise to relevant internal and external customers.
