As a Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), you'll be at the helm of our A4 Surgical Ward, ensuring high level care for our patients while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.
You'll oversee all clinical, administrative, and personnel functions within the unit, playing an essential role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of patient and staff services.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating patient services, managing unit operations, and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
You'll be the registered nurse in charge, bringing your expertise and leadership to guide the ward within our health service.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500.
The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.Wollongong is located an hour's drive south of Sydney on a narrow coastal strip bordered by the Royal National Park to the north, Lake Illawarra to the south, the Tasman Sea to the east and the Illawarra Escarpment to the west.
