What you'll be doingTo provide management and clinical leadership to the team/unit and ensure the provision of appropriate, well-planned and coordinated services to clients that reflect current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of AustraliaProven operational/clinical management knowledge and skills in a relevant setting that demonstrate an ability to support and coordinate ward/unit activities in the care of patientsProven ability to ensure the human, physical, and financial resources of the ward/unit are managed to deliver safe and efficient health care within available resourcesDemonstrated ability to function within and lead a nursing team within a multidisciplinary team environmentProven written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills relevant to the role responsibilitiesDemonstrated computer literacy and ability to use a variety of computer applications.Diversity and Inclusion lies at the heart of how we recruitMid North Coast Local Health District is committed to building a diverse workforce that reflects and understands the community we serve.
