About the Role
As the Nurse Unit Manager 2 Instrument/Circulating you will make an impact by providing day to day operational direction for the perioperative services ensuring efficient and effective management of the area. You will have an opportunity to shape your own team and be a key driver in promoting growth.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee safe, quality care that meets current best practice standardsAssist the Interventional Suite Manager in the leadership and direction of the perioperative servicesEffectively manage human, financial and material resourcesUndertake a hands-on role, where requiredUnderstand legislative requirements, ACORN and sterilisation standardsBe knowledgeable of accreditation processes and Quality/Risk managementWork closely with surgeons and anaesthetists to ensure delivery of high quality care, efficiency of services and to develop a strong working relationship with these doctorsAn experienced manager with a passion for developing talent within the team, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024, a salary of $65.42 per hour.
