We are seeking an experienced Nurse to take on a key leadership position in the role of a Nurse Unit Manager.
You will join a dynamic team on our South Wing Ward which is a 42 bedded unit servicing a combination of Surgical, Medical, and Rehabilitation patients.

You will bring a keen eye for strategic management of clinical staff, financial and material resources, and an understanding of patient flow.
Key to this role will be the capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a passionate mentor while effectively managing the resources and needs of the unit and business while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA.Minimum 3 years' recent experience in medical or surgical nursing.A strong clinical leadership skill set.Previous experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering, and performance management.Strong leadership skills and confidence with delegating duties.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Post graduate studies in an appropriate specialty area desirable.What's in it for you?
