Working with a diverse multidisciplinary team and highly experienced psychiatrists to support the delivery of high-quality mental health care to the Central Coast community.

Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRAMinimum 5 years postgraduate experience in a psychiatric setting is essential for this role.Recent experience in a clinical leadership rolePrior demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others.About You To succeed in this role,
You will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a Registered Nurse with a passion for client care and delivering high standards of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a passionate mentor to your team.Monitor and manage the business and management functions and processes of the ward or unit.Demonstrate professional integrity; ethical conduct, accountability, advocacy, enabling others.Cultivation of collaborative relationships and effective teamwork.Requirements Must provide aNational Police check conducted within the previous 12 monthsAccording to the role, Ramsay may require aWorking-With-Children check andproof of immunisation against infectious diseases.To Apply All applications must be lodged online.
