Spencer Clinic is a 19-bed acute Mental Health Service located within the exciting North-West Regional Hospital, barely 5 minutes from Burnie's CBD. Spencer is home to a fantastic and compassionate team. This is your chance to lead them.  The role: Leads and manages the coordination of patient care within the Spencer Clinical Inpatient Unit in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative multidisciplinary framework. Provides leadership in contemporary nursing practice and promotes an environment conducive to innovation and change. Manages the financial, physical and human resources of the Spencer Clinical Inpatient Unit to achieve agreed service outcomes within the allocated budget. Monitors, manages and reports on the Spencer Clinical Inpatient Unit performance and activity levels. Details of Appointment Permanent, full time, day worker (with on call) position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 20thst May 2024. *notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $126,411 to $132,325 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
