Specialising in thoracic and respiratory nursing care, this role focuses on the leadership, coordination, and line management of nursing and multidisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with CALHN's values and frameworks.
As a pivotal leader, you will be accountable for the ward's clinical outcomes, alignment with policies, budget management, and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Your expertise will ensure staff are equipped with the skills and qualifications to meet the diverse needs of our seasonal patient mix, while also contributing to short-term leave coverage for Respiratory Nurse Coordinator roles.
