Our platform has been designed to harness the latest technological advances and tools to improve access to such crucial health services for older Australians living in regional, rural and remote communities.With diagnostic tools offering live data to clinicians, this role enables you to provide professional care advice from anywhere, at any time. Our Clinicians and Allied Health professionals work on rotating rosters to support a 24/7 service model. Due to the demand of iAgeHealth, our team is expanding and we are welcoming new professionals to be a part of the solution elderly residents need in our rural communities.About the RoleReporting directly to iAgeHealth Manager, you will utilise your advanced skills to provide clinical leadership within our virtual clinic setting. Working both autonomously and collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evaluation and assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic treatment and management of our elderly residents. Your skills and expertise in high level patient care, medication prescription and early intervention / preventative care will be imperative to bridging the gap for our older patients in rural areas. Furthermore, your provision of expert supervision, mentoring and a dedication to clinical governance, will further ensure that patients are receiving a high level of quality care at all times, whilst staying comfortably in their own community.This role is a Fulltime work from home position.About YouCurrent APHRA registration as a Nurse PractitionerMinimum 2 years' experience in a Nurse Practitioner roleAdvanced clinical experience in assessment, developing treatment plans and ongoing evaluation within an aged care settingProven experience in medication prescription and evaluationStrong leadership skillsAdvanced clinical knowledge of aged-related health issuesMature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older peopleCommitment to working as part of the multidisciplinary teamGreat organisational and time management skills, including the ability to establish prioritiesDemonstrated ability to seek out and effectively utilise new knowledge as it relates to nursing practices eg.
