What you'll be doing Join the Blood Transplant and Cell Therapies team at Westmead Hospital, providing expert care to patients undergoing complex treatments.
Provide expert care through all stages of blood transplant and cellular therapies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Lead patient education, emotional support, and post-treatment planning.
Coordinate diagnostics and prescribe treatments within a patient-focused model.
Develop culturally appropriate care strategies to serve WSLHD's diverse population.

Essential Criteria: Registration: Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse Practitioner Selection Criteria: Current registration with AHPRA and authorised to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the NSW Nurses & Midwifery Registration Board (AHPRA) or working towards such a qualification.
If transitional, 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent clinical experience in the specialty of the Nurse Practitioner role.
