About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists for a Nurse Practitioner ready to take the next step in their career!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team and elevate their career within our acute inpatient services. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in delivering patient-centred care to consumers across three units at Bloomfield Hospital.

Nurse Practitioners are essential in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for our patients within the acute inpatient setting. You will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide seamless care journeys for patients, in close partnership with the Clinical Director of Acute Services and Heads of Department.

In this role, you will practice within the LHD Scope of Practice, supported by the Nursing and Midwifery team both within the LHD and across the State. You will be an active contributor to shaping best practices, driving innovation, and maintaining excellence in mental health care.
