This role provides high levels of clinically focused nursing care within the specialty area of palliative care, end-of-life nursing to improve access of care and addressing gaps in existing healthcare services through the provision of a flexible and innovative model of care. Clinical and professional leadership as an expert in the clinical field and undertaking comprehensive health assessments as well as collaborating and consulting with other members of the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
