Nurse Practitioner- Palliative Care

Details of the offer

Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospice. Providing clinical expertise in Hospice and palliative care, the NP will collaborate with the IDG ensuring standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of care.
Education: Level - Master's with NP License required.
Experience: 2-4 years of prior experience with Palliative care or geriatric care preferred.
Fleet Safety required: must have reliable transportation.
License: Carroll County Health Service Corp/Carroll Health Group/Provider PPA - Nurse Practitioner - Penn - must have within 90 days of hire.
