Being a small therapist-led practice, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and be driving projects and development with no red tape or delays.We are a respected multidisciplinary rehabilitation service and the only practice in the region that specifically caters to both adults and children with neurological conditions.
Covering the Greater Shepparton and Goulburn Valley region, the Neuro Spark team shares passion, commitment, an engaging approach and extensive experience in delivering highly skilled neurological therapy services that make a difference in our community.THE ROLEAs a Nurse Practitioner, you will be providing comprehensive patient consultations and work with individuals with an incredibly diverse range of neurological conditions and complex rehabilitation needs.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from local and remote experts within a number of fields including medicine, nursing and allied health.This is a new position and as such this role offers a rare opportunity to someone who has the drive and skills to collaborate in developing the service.

We are keen to discuss with you about your preferred working arrangements whether it be as an employee with an hourly rate, per patient, as a contractor, etc.We are looking for applicants with full-time or part-time availability, looking for school-friendly hours, only a day or two per week and anything in between.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner with the following qualifications and attributes:Registered with AHPRA and endorsed as Nurse Practitioner.Experience working within the neurological field is preferred and experience working with Parkinson's Disease is an additional asset.Proven experience in effective client and case load management as a Nurse Practitioner.Experience working in the private practice sector is highly valued.A reputation for a reflective, self-aware working style and is considered collaborative and positive.Strong skills in collaborating within a diverse and multidisciplinary workforce.The ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders positively with a strong experience in relationship building, collaborating and managing interactions with key stakeholder groups.A commitment to person-centered care and support.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills.The successful candidate will be required to undertake a police check.BENEFITSWe reward our people and celebrate their successes.
