Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering advanced nursing care, promoting health education, and enhancing patient outcomes within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced health assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and treatments within the authorised scope of practice.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
Lead patient education initiatives and provide guidance on disease prevention and health promotion.
Participate in clinical research, quality improvement projects, and professional development activities.
Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
Advanced practice nursing degree (Master's or equivalent) in an accredited program.
1 year experience in clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
