What you have to do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans Prescribe medications, facilitate orders, and interpret diagnostic tests Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Provide patient education and counselling to promote health and prevent disease Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities Act as a leader and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment. Ability to work autonomously while also being a part of the team Skills and Experience Registered Nurse Practitioner with current APC Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary or acute care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independently manage patients with support Genuine passion for patient care Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
