Join us in building better health in the bush! The Nurse Practitioner Chronic and Primary Care supports services to St George and other sites (Dirranbandi, Mungindi, and Bollon) within the southern sector of the South West Hospital and Health Services. In collaboration with the Service Director Community and Allied Health and Director of Medical Services St George, the Nurse Practitioner will contribute to ensuring both primary and secondary health care provided is of a high standard.
This position is required to travel and work across South West Hospital and Health Services facilities.
