About the Practice: Join a vibrant and busy clinic that prides itself on providing top-notch healthcare to a diverse community. You will be part of a supportive team comprising three experienced doctors and two skilled nursing staff, all committed to collaborative patient care. The practice is conveniently located in central Grafton, making it accessible for both staff and patients.
Position Details: Contract Type: Ongoing, starting ASAP, with a minimum commitment of 6 months. Accommodation: 4 weeks onsite accommodation provided at first, and then you will move to a booked accommodation that will be covered by us for the duration of your contract! Transportation: You must be able to drive to this contract as you will need your car there with you. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a varied patient population. Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate effective treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with best practices. What We're Looking For: Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in general practice or primary healthcare settings is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
