Nurse/Midwife Management Coordinator Remote

Nurse Level 5 RDO (Remuneration Package $154,808 - $161,239) Comprising salary $128,415-$135,160, superannuation, leave loading and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave.
In addition to the above packages; Qualification and professional development allowances, Salary sacrifice and remote locality provisions, furnished accommodation with amenities (electricity/landline/internet) provided.
Several vacancies are available in various locations throughout the Northern Territory, either ongoing or fixed for 2 years.
Relocation assistance can be negotiated.
We are looking for applicants to be responsible for the day-to-day operational and personnel management of a Remote Primary Health Centre.
You will lead a small multidisciplinary health team and oversee clinical governance and safe practice in all aspects of service delivery.
You will also be required to ensure that services are delivered cost-effectively and culturally appropriately to meet the needs of clients and their families.
Qualifications:You will have:
A minimum of 4 years broad-based nursing experienceA minimum of 2 years previous clinical experience in a remote settingHold current Remote Emergency Qualification, Maternity Emergency Qualification, and Vaccination CertificateCurrent registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for sameCome and join the vibrant and supportive team in Central Australia.
