We are seeking a suitably experienced Nurse Manager Workforce based at our Hedland Health Campus in the Pilbara.
This is for a Permanent position with Full-Time hours. About this role: We are seeking a suitably experienced and highly motivated person to coordinate, promote, implement and evaluate Pilbara Nursing & Midwifery recruitment programs, including the WACHS Nursing and Midwifery workforce initiatives.
This position will also provide a Pilbara consultancy service, monitor and report on Pilbara nursing and midwifery workload indicators, as well as undertake strategic Nursing and Midwifery Projects.
This is a regional position with an expectation of travel to all sites across WACHS Pilbara.
The role works alongside all nursing and midwifery specialists/managers/coordinators/directors to achieve the shared vision for our workforce.
What we are looking for: Highly experienced in project management - to deliver outcomes on Nursing & Midwifery programs and projects.Experienced in leadership of recruitment programs, autonomous in their workload, especially in development and implementation of new workforce models to support Nursing and Midwifery recruitment, retention, and development.Demonstrated record of achievement in the development, implementation, management and evaluation of Nursing & Midwifery nursing workforce development at a Senior Nursing management Level.Experienced in educating and training Nurses and Midwives.What we offer: In addition to the great salary, our employees enjoy an amazing range of benefits including:
