Salary: SRN Level 3 $125,260 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation)

We currently have a Permanent Full Time position available to fill. VCID No.948176 Position Profile: Perth Children's Hospital (PCH) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced candidate to the Theatre Nurse Manager position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing human and material resource management including environmental safety and budgetary monitoring within an assigned area of specialty across clinical services; monitoring and developing evidence-based standards of practice; policy development and initiating research and quality improvement activities.
The Nurse Manager will demonstrate effective leadership and role modelling for nurses and also initiate the purchase of specialised equipment and supplies whereby they act as a resource for the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of equipment.

The advertised Theatre Nurse Manager position will manage a portfolio which includes managing the day-to-day operations such as resourcing and scheduling and support the theatre efficiency data collection and analysis.

Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people.
CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH).
Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.

Eligibility: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
