About the role:
A Nurse Grade 7 is a Registered Nurse/Midwife who is appointed to an advanced practice nursing and/or midwifery position and demonstrates a specialised clinical expertise and/or specialised skill set.
Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience, and clinical skills in Nurse and Health Informatics.
Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, organise work priorities, provide nursing leadership and review models/work practices and patient care processes that support the continuum of care.
Supports, nurtures, and sustains a culture of continuous quality improvement and supports research and education priorities.
About you:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position.
Postgraduate qualification in Health Informatics and/or possession of Certification in Health Informatics (CHIA) or working towards same is highly desirable. Where the successful applicant does not currently hold this qualification or CHIA certification, commitment to completion within an agreed timeframe is expected and will form part of the performance and development plan.

Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h.
