POSITION DETAILS:
WACHS is seeking to appoint an experienced Nurse Manager to the WACHS Deployment Workforce Team. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a team that deploys Nurses/Midwives around regional WA to assist with workforce needs. The successful applicant will need to be flexible, agile, and confident working and operating in a constantly changing environment. You will need to have a solid understanding of recruitment, human resources and governance requirement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS The successful applicant is required to have a nursing background, currently registered with AHPRA.
You will need to be;
An effective communicator both verbally and written and be able to lead a diverse nursing team. A team player with excellent time management skills, an ability to prioritise and respond rapidly to a changing environment. Ability to critically think and problem solve is essential.
