Nurse Manager for Medical Practice in Jerrabomberra We are actively seeking a Nurse Manager for our client's dyanamic team in Jerrabomberra.



About the role The role leads the nursing team to provide a range of services to the community, as well as managing financials and patient records. You will be managing a team of 8 nurses and reporting to the Practice Manager.
If you are an experienced 2IC, with proven people management skills, who is looking to take the next step up, we'd be keen to hear from you as well!


Skills & experience Minimum 2 years experience as a Nurse Manager/Coordinator People management skills (NON NEGOTIABLE) Leadership and collaboration skills Ability to develop quality working relationships Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills Responsibilites Oversee nursing administrative duties Oversee patient journey Oversee financial stability Oversee GP support Benefits Great location with free parking Career-progression opportunities Experienced teams and a safe environment Practice closes for lunch daily, to ensure a break. Hours:
The practice is open Monday to Saturday, including Thursday evenings. The successful candidate may be required across Monday to Saturday. Full-time hours
