Job tasks and responsibilities Nurse Educator leads academic delivery in the Diploma of Nursing program, guiding student learning, assessing assignments, conducting simulated and clinical assessments, and collaborating with students, support staff, and educators under the supervision of the Course Coordinator.
Your role may include: Lead academic delivery in the Diploma of Nursing programGuide student learning and conduct assessments.Collaborate with students, support staff, and educators.Provide ongoing industry currency updates and professional development activities.Conduct simulated and practical placement assessments.Ensure student satisfaction rates are maintained.Provide support for students with learning difficulties.Contribute innovative ideas to enhance program delivery.Provide academic and administrative support to curriculum development.
