You will also contribute to the strategic plan of the Hospital Education Department as an essential member of the team.You will be required to:Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and support to the staff in the mental health departmentDevelop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across the facility.Provide valuable contributions to the hospital's quality improvement process.Skills and ExperienceYou will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
