About the role
Permanent part-time opportunity to be accountable at an advanced practice level for the design, implementation, and assessment of nursing education programs, managing educational resources, and providing nursing expertise related to educational issues within COH, Metro North Health.
Provide leadership within a legal, professional, and ethical framework that ensures contemporary consumer/person-centred care and staff management practices.

Facilitate the delivery of cost-effective quality consumer/person-focused care through the development, implementation, and maintenance of education and professional development programs and activities for nursing staff.Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self.Practice collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security, and personal integrity of individuals and groups.Health Equity
