Nurse Educator role in Daylesford / Creswick
The Nurse Educator will work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to ensure that clinical supervision and delivery of education programs and sessions are delivered to support safe, quality care and best practices within Central Highlands Rural health.
We seeking applicants with the following;
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting and who are keen to work within a team environment This role would suit a passionate and enthusiastic clinician seeking to support learners at all levels, including staff, graduates and students. Assisting with the orientation of undergraduate, graduate and newly appointed nurses. Provide clinical support to undergraduate, graduate and newly appointed and less experienced/novice nurses Conduct assessments of undergraduate students as required Hold or be working towards a Certificate IV (TAE40110) in Training and Assessment Strong interpersonal skill Ability to work independently Details of Appointment Permanent position working 32 hours per fortnight - based at (Daylesford / Creswick) Days of work can be negotiated by successful candidate.
Salary: YW 4 - EDUCATOR (NON-MAJOR) YEAR 1 AND 2 @$54.64 Per hour + 11.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging
About CHRH Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
