Women's and Children's Health Network, Sub Acute and Allied Health - 3D Health Access Assistant Program, Hilton (5033)Salary Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 - $121,537 to $126,970 Full time - Term Contract (12-month contract) About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the 3D Health team as a Nurse Consultant - Manager, where you will be responsible for: Coordinating and leading patient/client care delivery for continuity and quality outcomes.Providing clinical expertise and leadership for individual patients/clients or groups within a specialized area of practice.Managing and rostering the Access Assistant Program (AAP) nursing team to support students with complex health needs or disabilities in educational settings.Coordinating day-to-day services, including rostering, staff training, and collaboration with health professionals and educational representatives.Communicating effectively with families, government, and non-government educational sites.Ensuring accountability for nursing/midwifery practices, addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy, and fostering team performance and a positive work culture.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificateRegistered Nurses with at least 3 years post registration experienceDemonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards and in at least one of the relevant following areas; paediatric, community, disability or complex healthEffective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement initiatives.Demonstrated ability to foster a workplace environment that develops staff potential What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
