We are seeking a Nurse/Midwife Clinical Coordinator – Diabetes expertise to join our vibrant team.
This role provides sound professional advice critical in dealing with significant issues related to assessment, planning, review, evaluation, and coordination of client care in defined practice area.
The successful applicant will have: Current Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same Graduate Certificate beyond entry-to-practice relevant to speciality area Experience driving a manual vehicle and be eligible to obtain a NT Drivers Licence.
Willingness to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft on a regular basis and stay for up to a week as required.
