Selection Criteria We are looking for a friendly Nurse/Administration to join our school office team. While previous school experience would be an advantage, support and training will be provided for the right candidate. Demonstrated experience in supporting children and adults in a caring and compassionate manner, yet maintaining professionalism and discretion. Evidence of experience in effective records management, activity and injury recording. Capacity to undertake routine tasks for first aid management and across a range of functions in one or more work areas with a school environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to professional learning and growth. Role 9.30am -2.30pm (Prefered hours but negotiable) Monday to Friday 5 hours per day. Who May Apply Nurse - Division 1, Division 2 or Paramedic Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services. The role will usually impact beyond the work area or professional field. It seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives, such as in school administration, operations or educational programs. Direction on targets and goals is provided but the position will have some degree of latitude in determining how they are achieved. This latitude will generally be limited by standard procedures and school policy. Deviation from standard procedures and school policy will require guidance and direction from senior management.
