Position Responsibilities – The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to the Orthopaedic/Neurosurgery team to complement the strategic direction, operational processes, and quality management of all patients.
With the assistance and direction of the Perioperative Services Manager, you will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.
You will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources within the orthopaedic, neurosurgery, and perioperative nursing teams utilizing specialist orthopaedic and neurosurgery knowledge.
Sydney Southwest Private Hospital has seven state-of-the-art theatres covering Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, General, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, Oral Surgery (Maxillo-facial), Hand, Interventional, Vascular, and Thoracic specialties.
