Great opportunity for a change analyst to drive strategic change and organisational growth. Join ACRRM as we continue to expand our Organisational Change Management capabilities. We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Change Analyst to play a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives and promoting long-term organisational growth. This role is central to identifying and analysing the impacts of change across people, processes, systems, and culture, ensuring effective project implementation and continuous improvement (CI).
Key Responsibilities: Change Impact Assessments: Facilitate planning and lead discussions with stakeholders to identify, quantify, and document impacts, risks, and issues. Organisational Change Management Planning: Provide input to ensure change management approaches are in line with ACRRM's strategic direction and values. Change Communication: Translate complex and/abstract concepts into engaging, relevant materials to generate stakeholder buy-in. Documentation and Integration with PM Delivery: Document outcomes of change impact assessments to inform business cases and project deliverables. Training support: Assist in developing and deploying training plans. Action Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor actions arising from change initiatives. Selection Criteria: Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in change management, with a strong foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional research and analytical skills and the ability to apply critical thinking techniques in analysing information. Technical proficiency in change management software and project management platforms. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating change initiatives clearly to various audiences. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships effectively. Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and create viable solutions. Experience with agile project delivery and managing multiple concurrent projects.
