This position will work full time from the client's offices in Canberra.The nature of this role requires candidates to be an Australian Citizen and hold a minimum of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Australian security clearance.What will make you a good fit for the role?Experience in networking (includes troubleshooting using packet captures, and various tools or logs) is very desirable.Experience or a good understanding of firewalls is desirable.Understanding of PKI services and certificate usage is very desirable.Experience with HP Service Manager 9 is desirable.Experience or a good understanding of iVanti / Mobileiron MDM is very desirable.Experience or a good understanding of Microsoft InTune is very desirable.Experience or ability to write and maintain system documents, SOPs, knowledge articles, and user-facing documents.Good knowledge of Windows Active Directory.Experience using Linux and Windows CLI.Knowledge or experience on Microsoft Azure.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or vendor certifications relevant to the role.About us:As NTT DATA, we bring best practices and high-value services to more than 50 countries and regions around the world.
