NT Link is welcoming applications for the position of Transport and Administration Coordinator based in our Alice Springs office.

The Role: The Transport and Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing a diverse range of compliance related administrative activities to the Transport Department and other areas of the business.
Key areas of responsibility include: Ensuring the business completes ongoing and reoccurring activities related to National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and Fatigue Management compliance inclusive of assisting in the preparation of information as required for the Annual Audit. Completion of necessary permits and registrations for all business fleet/vehicles. Manage other Transport Coordination requirements inclusive of arranging Purchase Orders. Provide EA support to the Directors and other senior Executives as required. Project senior administration support to the Project team as required. Oversee the day to day operation of the Alice Springs Office to ensure cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed. Provide day to day guidance to the Administration Officer with task allocation, on job training, and support. This role is a senior operational team member, and will be required to work autonomously, whilst ensuring all stakeholders are supported and engaged as required.
Ideal Candidate for this role: Suitable candidates will have extensive experience in roles requiring consistent communication and collaboration across all levels of an organisation, and in dynamic and fast paced environments. Must be comfortable/experienced in providing guidance to junior employees, whilst being well organised to ensure completion of responsibilities within timeframes.
A minimum of three years' experience within Finance or Senior Administration roles is essential, with experience in a Logistics business being an advantage. A current Drivers licence is essential, and studies within Finance, business or Compliance would be highly regarded.
Suitable candidates may be required to undergo pre-employment assessments, inclusive of National Police Check.
