These guide every decision of the business.The business operates with the philosophy that quality and safety are outcomes of executing great business practices following a commitment to continuous improvement.Daily tasks may include:Coordination of NSW Inwards Goods, Warehousing, and Outwards Goods functions including:Receiving, organising, and maintaining inventoryProcessing and responding to customer enquiries and ordersPicking, packing, loading, and dispatching goodsImprovement & development of warehouse/inwards goods and outwards goods/dispatch operations.Collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet receiving, storage, and transfer deadlines, on and offsite storage requirements, delivery deadlines, international shipping requirements, and specialised functions.Building and maintaining effective relationships with all staff, clients, suppliers, and transport companies.Setting clear expectations, mentoring, coaching, and managing team performance against KPIs.Supporting the arrangement, coordination, and transfer of materials between sites and warehouses as required in a timely manner.Managing the internal receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of stock to support warehouse/inwards goods and outwards goods/dispatch operations.Leading the timely and accurate processing of material transactions in INFOR to match physical inventory movements.You should have:Experience leading Logistics, Inwards Goods, Warehouse, and/or Outwards Goods functions in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar business.High proficiency in safe Forklift Operation, unloading and loading of containers and bulk transport, with experience moving long lengths (up to 6m).A customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.Meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration skills.Highly competent understanding of ERP systems (preferably INFOR).A desire to learn and willingness to develop oneself and those of the team.What we offer:This is a full-time role based at our NSW Warehouse Facility.Flexibility to work across the core operating hours of 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday is required, as is travel to our Boronia, VIC site for training and staff activities.A competitive salary package will be on offer for the right candidate who is driven to succeed.Ongoing development and training opportunities will exist for those looking to take the next step in their career.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.If this position interests you and you believe you have the skills and attributes required for the role, please apply directly through our website kattsafe.com.au or email your application to .
