About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic State Manager to lead our NSW Branch based in our National office located in Macquarie Park.
Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the primary accountabilities are to:
Lead, coach and manage the Branch to achieve their sales budget and/or related KPIs.Develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team in line with established sales methodology.Motivate and support the Branch to drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery to ensure success and achievement of targets.Work with the State Service Delivery Manager and the Service team to deliver high quality customer service.Provide timely and accurate completion of business plans, forecasts, internal order processes and customer management.Build and implement business strategies to develop new and existing account growth.Allocate work and projects to the team according to deadlines and business goals.Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within the team.Collaborate with other Branch Managers to drive additional business in traditional office product vertical.Collaborate with Vertical General Managers to drive business in key market areas.Develop relationships with large accounts.Manage the costs relating to the NSW branch and look to innovative ways to reduce costs.Lead complex tender submissions.Implement a High Performance Culture strategy in line with a National plan.Minimum Requirements Strong leadership, business acumen and a sense of urgency.Extensive experience in sales.Proven track record of overachieving budgets.Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.Proactive approach to networking with corporate and government communities.Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Valid working rights for Australia.Maintain a valid driving licence.What can KM offer you?
