This leadership role involves overseeing regional and store performance, aligning teams with business goals, and ensuring store excellence.
You'll manage and mentor Regional Managers, focusing on team performance, profitability, customer service, and operational standards.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage state budgets with an emphasis on profitability and cost control, including inventory and labour management.Conduct monthly analyses of Profit & Loss statements for each region, reviewing cost centres and identifying areas for growth.Ensure high inventory availability and manage obsolete stock to maximize revenue.Mentor and develop Regional Managers, instilling Autobarn's values and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.Drive customer service excellence, implementing strategies that elevate store standards and improve service.Address underperformance through proactive management and performance improvement plans.Recruit, coach, and support team members, building a positive and cohesive team culture.Provide regular feedback to Regional Managers and support team morale through effective communication.Oversee store presentation and operational compliance, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional customer experiences.Implement visual merchandising standards and uphold cleanliness and organizational standards across all stores.About you5+ years in a similar role or Regional Management within the retail or automotive industry.Proven track record in store management, preferably within the automotive sector.Valid driver's license required.Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (preferred).Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to excel in a fast-paced environment.Committed to customer service and able to build lasting relationships.If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply now!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a state manager?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have visual merchandising experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have experience in a role which requires relationship management experience?#J-18808-Ljbffr
