Our NSW Distribution Centre and Sales Office, based in Wetherill Park, is a critical part of our National Distribution and Sales Network, providing both inbound and outbound logistics for our domestic and imported products to the major retailers and a base for the state Sales team.

About the role:
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the NSW Distribution Site, while ensuring the distribution of our wide range of products around NSW.
You will be exposed to an extremely wide range of responsibilities, which will include:
Managing the NSW Distribution and Sales site and facilities
Warehouse management
Inventory management and managing the ERP system (JDE Edwards)
Logistics analytical reporting
Managing the transport schedules
Providing leadership to the small NSW logistics team
Driving the San Remo standards of safety, quality and productivity
Resolving customer and supplier queries and issues
Liaising with Sales and the head office to ensure customers orders are fulfilled
Managing the fleet of forklifts
Managing the NSW Sales vehicles fleet
Office management
This position does not offer the option of Working from Home (WFH).
About you:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Manager (preferably in an FMCG environment), who will be willing to put in the extra mile and take a 'hands on' approach to ensure the NSW team are successful in achieving DIFOT targets, while driving San Remo's standards.
Ideally, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in leading a warehouse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with ERP (JD Edwards or similar) or warehousing management systems and intermediate computer skills
Experience in analytical reporting
Tertiary qualifications or study in supply management, operations or similar would be highly regarded
