Nsw Registered Surveyor

We are seeking a NSW-registered surveyor to join our Mullumbimby office in Northern NSW.
This role involves managing an office of eight staff members, including a Survey Team Leader, surveyors, a survey technician, assistants, a Registered Surveyor / Project Manager, and an Administrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage and motivate a group of eight staff to enhance efficiency and creativity.Ensure high quality and accuracy in various surveying projects.Create a supportive environment for professional development.Follow NSW regulations while collaborating with clients for successful projects.Use advanced surveying tools and methods.REQUIREMENTS : Must be a registered or licensed surveyor in NSW.Experience managing a surveying team or readiness to take on a leadership role.Familiarity with 12d software is a plus.Capable of handling multiple projects at once.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are needed.BENEFITS : Competitive salary package: $200,000 - $210,000, including base salary and superannuation, plus financial bonuses.
