In this role, you'll: Join the Commercial & Supply Chain team as a Material Data Coordinator. Be accountable for managing SAP Material Master Data used within our Engineering & Maintenance branch. Support your stakeholders by coordinating the requirements for the management of new and existing materials in Sydney Trains inventory management systems. Ensure accurate materials master data is readily available with clear concise product data. This highly analytical role will see you stabilise and improve material master data transitioned into SAP, manage the business data requirements for a range of complex internal and external stakeholders. This is a permanent fulltime role.
About you You're an enthusiastic individual with experience in material data management, where you've been required to utilise SAP or equivalent tier 1 EAM/ERP systems.
You have a deep functional knowledge of Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules.
You have solid knowledge of SAP data tables for data extraction and validation, SAP Material Master maintenance transactions and experience in master data management of enterprise-wide assets.
Ideally you are familiar with AUSLANG.
You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
You value detail and accuracy, and you can demonstrate strong analytical skills.
You are self-driven, able to work autonomously yet work well with others.
