Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM.
What you'll do: Collaborate with clients to fulfill labour needsMaintain a consistent workflow and accurate rostersPursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients.Be actively involved in the recruitment process of hiring personnel.Travel for regular client and employee catch-upsDrive a positive safety culture and lead safety culture initiativesAttend regular team events to build team cultureProvide timely and accurate client quotesWhat we're looking for: Preferred - Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or BoilermakerExperience in NSW mining (Maintenance, scheduling or coordination)Proven leadership skillsCommitment to safety and qualityWhy work with us?
