The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Service Centre Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, receiving, and processing applications and equipment orders for people needing mobility, communication, self-care, respiratory, and prosthetic equipment. In addition, you will provide ongoing support to eligible consumers with consumable reorders and repair and maintenance requests, and process claims for travel and accommodation subsidies.
